Clean and cheap. Used to be able to access 24/7, so the restricted hours now is too bad.

Zero stars if I could. Without signed paperwork/digital agreements on file and they've already started charging me for a reservation I ended up cancelling the day I was supposed to move in. Update edit: Upgraded to 4 stars. Called in to verify cancellation of the unit and it was relatively quick and painless. Didn't try to negotiate or argue with me and only spoke to two different people instead of a long game of phone tag. They should have reached out to me once the move-in date had passed and there was no confirmed/signed paperwork on file - they were quick to confirm a reservation made through a 3rd party seller, but cancellations made through that same 3rd party route doesn't seem to trigger an equally rapid confirmation call. System and process could use some work but still good customer service support. Would consider them again as a self-storage option in the future.

I have had a storage unit at this location for 4 years. I haven’t had any problems with the staff; they’ve been helpful when needed. Pre-pandemic, this location had longer hours. I’ve changed storage units 3 times due to downsizing. The price has gone up every 6 months for the past 2 years so I finally had to end my contract with Storage Post…

It was easy to move in and customer service was very helpful and provided information on how to proceed with the process

Rudy was very helpful and professional in getting me the correct size storage. I thought it would be a problem changing from one size to the other bigger and more practical means of storing my goods and not an issue with the change or price change went through thoroughly as told . I've dealt with my fare share of storage places and im happy to say i found Storage Post. This place has two loading docks that make unloading a breeze. The huge elevator is a plus as well. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

From our experience, once we where there we were welcomed with warm reception by Staff. We were given an tour of the facility which seemed helpful

There's a loading dock, but it does have stairs instead of a ramp , so it is hard to load a container or higher level truck.

Place is very neat and the attendant was very very helpful.
