I came here about two weeks ago with my girlfriend to rate a unit and the workers in the office were happy and helpful. The building was clean, and their rates are the best I've seen compare to the other storages next door. I would definitely recommend this company and location.

I want to say Adrienne is one of sweetest people I have ever met! I was outside and she was cleaning and actually took the time to talk to me and ask me if I needed anything. I didn’t, but the fact that she stopped to ask is what matters. Friendly, polite, and compassionate.

Anthony was genuinely kind and helpful. Although, it was closing time he took the time to show me the room that would accommodate my need and fit my budget. And to my surprise he also told me about a special offer of the paying for the Unit one time and for two months the room would be for free!!! What a deal!! What a delightful young man Mr. Anthony is!! Storage Post struck gold when they hired him, he should get a promotion and a raise for what he brings to this company!!!!!!!!!

Lynda who runs the front desk is a charming and friendly woman who took the time to show me around and work with me on my storage needs. The rates are fair and the online service option is really convenient. It's a perfect location for us too: right in the heart of Alphabet City.

I have rented spaces here for many years. The staff are always nice and friendly. However I want to give particular praise to Martin who helped me greatly on May 20th, 2024 and went above and beyond to help resolve an issue for me. Anthony was amazing! We upgraded our unit after nine years at this location. This location is clean, modern and convenient! Never had a problem in 9 years! Highly recommend this location.
