The young lady at the desk was very customer friendly, she explained everything in full detail. Her demeanor was very professional. She made me feel very comfortable . Even as I was expressing my concerns she was able to assure me that my belongings will be safe .

Great facility. Great Service. Make sure you see Carlos he is awesome. Not pushy, very informative, and very pleasant. I needed storage on a budget and he really made it happen. The guy is really reasonable and will work with you. The place is state of the art and top notch. You will be glad you stored with them. It makes living in Williamsburg, that much more nicer and convenient.

I’ve rented with storage post for over a month and due to personal reasons I needed to transfer units Jeffrey hall was a amazing help with finding a new unit and making the process so smoothly I hope you guys hire more new employees like this
