Excellent Service! I drove with my family down from New Haven, Conn on a cold Saturday morning. We were tired and frustrated from traveling so far. We registered online but usually have issues at places cause somehow someone always effs it up! I have to say tho, The store manager at 979 Brook, Jose was a true delight! He showed us to the bathroom, helped us get carts and showed us all the amenities of this facility and even offered us some coffee to keep us warm. He was very nice and made the move-in process very easy for us! Thank you so much! We hope your other other locations have this same level of service! THANK YOU STORAGE POST AND THANK YOU JOSE!

Absolutely Incredible Experience! Storage Post is the best! Shadey provided us with exceptional customer service, making us feel like we were in paradise. She gave us a thorough walkthrough of the facility, and I was impressed by the size of the elevator—it can fit six cars! This means you can make just one trip to move everything into your storage. The space is clean and well-maintained, with air conditioning to keep it cool. It’s also very quiet and has a beautiful ambiance. At the end of our visit, both Shadey and the manager thanked us for our business and left us with a smile. I highly recommend Storage Post for anyone in need of storage solutions! I just want to commend the excellence service of Mr.Alex Oates he was very helpful in resolving my issues on Tuesday March 12, 2019. I would recommend this storage to anyone with no hesitation based on there excellence in customer service. If it wasn’t for Mr. Alex Oates I don’t kno what I would do, so I must say thanks for a tremendous customer service you offered to me I will forever be greatful. Went in today for the first time and Carlos who was at the front desk was very helpful! Not only did we have a great conversation but he made the process easy, comfortable and friendly! He showed me my unit, got me a cart, gave me all the info I needed and sent me on my way! Was in an out quickly and I left with a smile. Definitely would recommend this place,if not for the storage space, for the great staff experience!

I am very impressed with the service I received in renting s storage unit this past weekend. From the call representative, Eric, to the Ridgewood manager, Carlos, I was able to reserve a unit on Thursday and move-in on Saturday without any issues. I was concerned after reading comments about unsatisfactory customer service. I wanted to give them a try due to the close proximity to my apartment, longer access hours, and the clean external appearance. Carlos was very helpful in processing my account; guiding me to my storage unit to assess the size; and showing the best route to the loading dock. I’m very pleased with my move-in storage day experience and the management at the facility.

The sister at the desk was very courteous professional not overly friendly was will to help through exemplifying how the first floor door opened and closed and even when I got it wrong she showed up and demonstrated again with no attitude very well customer service extended all the discounts available to me this fall sign up season excellent interaction
