It was good, except the storage units were not accurately measured (smaller than the size that they were listed at) so we had to look at several units to find one that was big enough, I would suggest getting the actual measurements of each unit. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

I wanted to rent a storage unit and the first month was free with a $35 administration fee. I decided the next day that I didn't want the unit. They gave me an issue with receiving a refund. They avoided dealing with me for 2 weeks. It wasn't until I made a review that they gave me a refund.

It's my fault for NOT having someone supervise it. They broke various things during the move and and the pieces broken are not found. sorry BUT the moving part was not good.

Excellent customer service. Loading lock situation on Grand street less than ideal. The adjacent car repair shop is hogging up parking space! 9 months in things have taken a different turn: without notification to all existing cliënts opening hours have changed from 24-hour access to a 6a-6p schedule. (Four star facility loses one star.) I beg your pardon: without notification changing the rules? I.o.w. not caring about your cliënts. What kind of management is running this place? "Excuse us, we have good reasons to change our policy and starting next month, next quarter our opening hours will change!" Not a single word. Crickets... That will cost you (at least) one star. Talking about management: I called customer service to find out what is going on. "I am sorry sir, because of mismanagement and irregularities at the 32 Grand Ave location we had to replace the staff.. and limit opening hours to the people that really need 24-hour access." Guess what: I was one of those people! And what kind of mismanagement? If you'd read down the customer reviews you find out that the main thing people (cliënts) are raving about is the local staff. That you (who are you?) just fired, replaced, your staff, or what the heck?! Who-ever runs this place has totally lost touch with reality. So disappointed. Oh wait. There goes another star..

Devon is really an extremely good worker with the best attitude. Something is not right with the woman called Dana. She seems to want to start an argument. Try avoiding her and you may have a better experience with this Storage company. Unfortunately, sometimes she is the only one at the desk. This woman is not a good worker and has a bad attitude. This is the main reason for only 3 stars.

I forgot how to open the "garage doors" to the loading dock. It took me a long time to find the "open" buttons- They should be closer to the doors for entry for convenience. I really struggled w the cylinder lock, getting it back in & lined up to close - I had to do it twice & both times I was so grateful other people were with me... I REALLY would appreciate a regular heavy duty key lock!!

I totally understand the concept of full automation, however the communication between central office and local facilities and renters needs to be way tighter and better organized. I have a slew of Emails but still find myself having to make phone calls to get information such as facility access codes, etc.

The small unit i rented had tooo many mice droppings from the beginning, And it was on the second floor The units should be cleaned much better for a new tenant Definitely disappointed. J. B.
