Every now and then, one comes across someone whose customer service is way beyond the norm, one who, if I owned a business, I would try to hire immediately. I have several storage units at the River Road location, and Brandon had been one of those people who excel in every aspect of their work. Give that man a raise!! Storage Post is a clean storage facility. The employees are respectable, courteous and very helpful. I have two storages lockers and I recommend this storage to anyone who would like to storage any item.

Anthony customer service was exceptionally pleasing. He was able to resolve my issue, which the problem was caused by an online representative, who misinformed me. Moreover, the information was not explained to me on its entirety, therefore causing confusion. Nonetheless, thanks to Anthony, my issues was resolved and I was able to rent a storage space.
