Perfect. Charlie was a great help.

I came in yesterday to move into a second unit with storage post, lavona showed me around and she wowed me with her great personality! I called after I left took the unit right away and today I had some movers help me move in. We were done less than an hour! She continued to offer me a smile and great customer service as she walked around the building to take care of what she needed to do and she was so nice to my movers. She really is a great example of what customer service looks like and what most people like myself appreciate and value when we’re in business with a company. Great job lavona !

just wanted to say how very professional and courteous the branch manager Kevin has been!!It is rare to find someone who truly cares for their customer base.I might add, the area manager Alex has also been extremely helpful with answering any and all questions..WISH WE HAD MORE TO STORE THERE!! Amazing customer service ! I most say Jorge is very polite and was able to answer all my questions seeing that this is my very first time going through this storage process .Randy also made me feel secure storing my furniture with storage post & I think I made a great decision .

Great rates greater customer service...I came in with a truck load no alternatives...The specialist on duty Lavona went above and beyond the call of duty. I was given a great space in a great place at a great place. We need more storage facilities like storage post...Cube smart no more.

Great Customer Service Nice Big Space

My name is Andre Ross and I'm giving 5 stars for the exemplery service of Lizette last name unknown and Alex Uzhra who went above and beyond to help me navigate my way during a very dark time. The company itself I'd give 3 stars due to the outrageous late payment penalties and the conditions of premises itself. That said I've been a long time customer and have been happier in the past. Nevertheless, if it were not for Alex and Lizette, I would most likely refrain from doing business with this company. That's my two cents. Here's a nickel, keep the change.
