Service was excellent. One complaint was that there was a big ladder in the way so I could not get the dolly around it and to my storage area. I would not have selected the area I was in if I knew about the ladder issue.

Rudy was very helpful and professional in getting me the correct size storage. I thought it would be a problem changing from one size to the other bigger and more practical means of storing my goods and not an issue with the change or price change went through thoroughly as told . The storage we had was good and clean. The facility is well maintained. However you do get the occasional people that leave the door open or jam it so they can get in and out without a code. Besides that the place is very well lit and secure.

The reason I choose this Storage location was because the 24 hour access was Convenient for me as I'm a night shifter but now I'm rethinking because its just aggravating to deal with.

no one was there at front desk for about 10 minutes. Unit was no explained to me correctly. but other than that ok...

I totally understand the concept of full automation, however the communication between central office and local facilities and renters needs to be way tighter and better organized. I have a slew of Emails but still find myself having to make phone calls to get information such as facility access codes, etc.
