Came in about a year ago and booked by a very helpful staff i believe his name was Milton who unfortunately no longer with the company. Had a few issues with one of my units in the beginning but he immediately took care of it. In addition, theres another staff who has been also very attentive, helpful and courteous. She helped me acquired a new bigger unit and answered all my questions. Also,as per observation, she always on the move keeping the facility clean and presentable. I think her name is Zophia. I had this same storage unit for almost 5 years when I moved into a permanent location in coop city. I had my parents furniture as well as my furniture from way before. Tons of documents and rugs and other things. I had no trouble at all with the unit. I used their carts to move things in and out. I liked the closeness of my health club near by. Safe and pleasant!

I came here about two weeks ago with my girlfriend to rate a unit and the workers in the office were happy and helpful. The building was clean, and their rates are the best I've seen compare to the other storages next door. I would definitely recommend this company and location.

I never used self storage but the manager Anthony walked me through the entire process and made it very simple. Anthony was polite and extremely helpful. The entire process only took a few minutes to rent and get my access code. I was able to get started right away. When I came back a few days later Anthony remembered my name and went out of his way to say "HI" and ask if there was anything I needed. Great storage facility!

Alex Lambertus made the paperwork and registration super easy. There were ample hand carts to help make my move smooth and everything was very clean and well lit. Really great facility.
