Good location, loading dock is tight, unless you are a trucker. Very confusing set up(they are all the same, I wonder if one person owns all the storage) this location has B, Ld, M, choose your pain. Once you figure it out what floor you are going...good luck finding your locker. No idea where 287 is, no signs, no floor plans. If there is a fire, you are not coming out alive. The only positive is the attendant, what a professional!

Nice and clean facility. Easy loading bay. The only thing annoying is that every time the I need to put something there carts are always gone.

Rudy was very helpful and professional in getting me the correct size storage. I thought it would be a problem changing from one size to the other bigger and more practical means of storing my goods and not an issue with the change or price change went through thoroughly as told . Very clean, always pretty well lit. So far it's a great experience. A little pricey, but they seem to have the best hours of operation around. The front desk manager was helpful from the day I met him to present time. Everyone has been pleasant, since I first called their Customer Service line and requested information. I highly recommend!

Service was excellent. One complaint was that there was a big ladder in the way so I could not get the dolly around it and to my storage area. I would not have selected the area I was in if I knew about the ladder issue.
