"Don't sleep on New Rochelle's Storage Post's District Managerial Staff" After having a frustrating experience (a few times) with my personal access code not granting me access to my unit (I was told it was a 'computer issue') and then not receiving a call back to my voicemails, this facility's District Manager, Alex Oates, came in and saved the day/helped rectify my situation. Mr. Oates was an attentive listener; hearing all of my concerns, asked to look into the issues and then expeditiously contacted me back with apologies and options for resolution. For this, Alex gets my A++ any day, he is a very professional and pleasant individual. Now, I hope his professionalism and promises remain true in the future at this New Rochelle location. I came into storage post after making a quick break stop from driving my bus and I thought let me inquire about a unit for my mother just to see if prices went up or down because I’ve rented here years ago. I met a nice girl name lavona who said she was the manager here, she showed me around and won me over to rent a unit with her personality and great smile and customer service skills. The building is kept very clean and after seeing 2 different sizes I chose one that fits my mothers needs perfectly ! & that’s all thanks to lavona ! We have a family member moving to New York and I would love to recommend him to storage post ! Thank you lavona for keeping my hope alive for excellent customer service !
