I chose this storage facility solely based on reviews and they didn’t disappoint. Anthony, the manager, was great! He went above and beyond to make our move easy and seemless. Not only is the customer service great, but they also have the lowest rates in the area. Only complain I have is, they should have more staff, I think it’s a lot for one person. But still, on a very busy Saturday, with people moving in and out, plus all the new customers inquiring information in the front desk, Anthony managed to acknowledge everyone upon arrival, and take care of them in a timely manner. He was also very patient showing us around the different units available, and explaining which one would work better according to our needs and budget. When in need of storage, at a good price, convenient and with great customer service, look nowhere else..

Came in today with my husband as a first time customer. Ahjenay Santana helped us and was very very helpful. Walking in we were feeling nervous and anxious, especially because we are moving due to unfortunate circumstances and Ahjenay made us feel soo welcomed. What a long stressful day!!!! Thank God kevin at storage was so patient with me and help guide me so that my moving day was less stressful. I highly recommend this storage facility because customer service is their number one priority.

Excellent Facility

I rented online but the unit was too small. The store manager was awesome and moved me to a larger unit very close to the one I'd originally rented. The customer service was top notch.
