Manny is one of the best customer service managers I have ever worked with. After reading the reviews, I am far from the only person saying this. During a difficult time, he was patient, easy to talk to, knowledgable and professional. I highly recommend he is not only paid more but promoted to a regional manager or something of that caliber. I am confident with him in such a position, the company would benefit from his knowledge. Its a shame a corporation could have such an asset to their organization and do nothing to promote such a useful and clearly beneficial employee.

If you need storage, this is the place to go!!! Storage Post's Staten Island location is top-notch!! Manny helped me find the perfect unit for my belongings and was so friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is super clean and the kiosk made accessing my unit a breeze. FIVE STARS ALL AROUND!!!
