Although the end results was pleasant, especially due to the excellent customer service of the employee who assisted me Sunday afternoon (Manny), it wasn't enough to make this review 4 or 5 stars.The beginning of my interaction with other staff over the phone was pleasant but I received misinformation about the cost of my unit, I didnt receive the edocs to sign (had to call back), didn't receive an access code and had difficulty filling out and verifying the automatic payments. If it wasn't for Manny this would've been a 1 star review.

Finally got to sign contract ‍️Dealt with Manny, who was very accommodating. If short-staffed, there needs to be a better system for staffers to be aware of customers who need office assistance, when staff are on the floor!

My personal experience was a pleasant one the personnel was very courteous and attentive to my needs. The entire process was quick and easy. They have a size unit for various needs, the entire area is well maintained hallways and units are very clean. I would recommend Storage post for your storage needs.

Manny is a very well-accommodating, respectful, thoughtful guy who helps you anytime you reach out to him. He is one of the main reasons I signed up with Storage Post in North Shore.

The place is clean, but I hard time getting in my storage unit. I did everything online when I got there no one was there to open up the place. So if you pay online please be on time. Customer service was great .

I was a great & easy move in process. Customer service was great and helpful. The only problem was I didn't know my storage was located where a beam was located thought my unit was going to have more space...

New. Just opened. Just a little concerned about the glue traps. Mice problems already? I haven't seen any signs that it's a problem. Will keep an eye out though.

Great prices, alot of cameras, 3 elevators, kiosk is very convenient and the intercom is cool, but manny is special please keep him. He truly is a remarkable invidual and represents your compamy well.

I met manny outside while he was cleaning maybe 4 months ago, he greeted me and I didn't even need storage at the time, I am a man of God and I can tell not only by our meet and greet outside as I walked by, not only by the reviews that this man does not do this just because he is good at it, he does it because he is genuine, pure, courteous, caring and has the passion to fulfill what people need and or looking for. Now that I am renting he is the same exact way in representing this company. The prices and all the elevators, all the security is amazing, the spacious unload and loading area along with the very convenient kiosk manny showed me is wonderful. Very clean and beautiful facility well maintained by manny as I saw him cleaning when I walked in this morning, I saw people say fabuloso and oh boy is that true all around lol manny God bless you and thank you storage post you hired the right man for the job. I will STRONGLY RECCOMEND!
