What a great service they provide. The store manager Manny was very helpful with all the process. We arrived and within 10 minutes we were ready to use the unit!!

If you need self storage in Staten Island, you should seriously consider using Storage Post’s North Shore location. They offer super cheap prices and a good selection of storage unit sizes. The customer service is also amazing! Manny was super helpful on the phone and even gave me a dolly when I got there to help with the unloading process.

I have been shopping around looking for storage facilities that best fit my needs, now the price & or rate is a little high especially in comparison to other closer storage places but after i was very well greeted and welcomed by manny, i already made my mind up to choose storage post, manny was able to explain everything in detail to me, prices, size, availability, discounts, easy access, after hour access multiple elevators and security systems etc which also made me understand/aware and make sense of why the prices are what they are, i loved how & what he explained about the call center & how it works which is pretty cool when there is no one available in the office or if it gets too busy with too many customers. i had nowhere near an idea of what size I needed but after I explained what i was storing, manny was able to show me the appropriate size right away, on top of how clean and convenient the facility is the whole experience with manny is what made my mind up officially. Thank you storage post for the great experience in customer service, i am looking forward to storing my belongings with northshore storagepost asap.
