Best customer service ever. Facility is now 24/7 with late night loading space. Easy access. Great storage place. Fred and sharonda are the best!!

I had very little time to work with, Christina was on point with the best storage unit for me. Total cost is we'll with in my budget. I also felt very comfortable after Christina reassured me that there were no hidden fees. Very Friendly and Knowledgeable about her job. Thanks Christina.

My first time using a storage unit in New York/Brooklyn, and I was able to move in without any problems. The staff are very friendly and patient with all my questions, and I felt comfortable with my unit. Overall access was a flawless experience, and I felt safe overall.

I had to get my storage situated quick and in a hurry and Carmen helped me do that and much more. Super grateful for her assistance specifically. She might as well have saved my life with her wonderful attitude, kind demeanor and attention to detail. I recommend her to anyone and everyone looking to have a quality experience at this facility.
