Lysette at 112 Bruckner helped me through the whole process of getting a unit and moving in with so much grace, charm, and generosity of spirit; especially appreciated when we arrived exhausted and very close to closing time! Thank you, Lysette. I will definitely be recommending Storage Post and this location in particular to others. Excellent service!

I want to say, my experience was outstanding. I was attended quickly and professionally. The young lady that attended me did not hesitate to give me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I have checked several places but she made me feel like this is the place for me to store my personal possessions. She is a great representative and more should lead by her example. Thank you.

Me and my husband have been looking for a storage space for quite some time around the bronx area and out of all the stores we have been in this has been the best one the manager of the facility i believe his name goes by Edgar was very helpfull to my husband which does not really understand english that well mr Edgar was patient and understanding in knowing what my husband needed definitely deserves a good 5 stars thank you Edgar and storage post for helping us find the size room we needed !

Hey, My name is Roy I was very upset and frustrated that I lost my key and there was no one was available to cut my lock. But thanks to Edilee Gomez she assured me that she will make sure she executes the situation. Just two hours later I received a call back from storage post and it was Edilee stating anything was resolved. SHE IS AMAZING!!! thank you for your hospitality!
