Storage was easy to get into and out of. Staff was helpful when questions arose. Was walking distance from Harlem, which helped a lot.

I have been a customer at storage post for 15 plus years. I would like to commend manager Gloria Ramirez for her professionalism and concern. She's always helped solve any problems that I have. She is truly dedicated in helping and caring for the customers. What a gem!!!

I put a hold online at 2am, and received a call from someone by 8:30. I decided to go to the space in person, and Nychelle was super helpful and easy to work with. She took her time and explained everything I needed to know. The whole set up process took very little time. I was tense and stressed with moving, and she made this part of a stressful move easier.

The gentlemen working when I registered as well as when I moved my items in was extremely patient and knowledgable about what would be the easiest way to store my items in which size unit. He sold me on a storage size that was a bit wider and that made it for a much easier move. The woman on the customer service line that originally signed me up was also very patient and thorough in her explanation of the terms of the rental and very kind and pleasant which made for a much more smooth process especially when packing and moving can be very stressful. I give the man at the storage unit 10 stars if I could. He was very patient and helpful. Thank you.
