From Susan and Larry at the call center to Leslie at the facility, Storage Post has been wonderful - fast, friendly and professional. Unlike some other facilities I looked at, service was quick and informative. Their facility is so convenient - ground level and easy to pull in and unload. Leslie went the extra mile in helping us get settled in. The unit is clean and spacious. Their pricing is great! Couldn't be more happy with my decision to rent from Storage Post at Fordham Road!

I was shopping around for new storage and I am so glad i found this location close to home - and the best part is their staff so reliable and friendly that means a lot when dealing with people -Leslie Key did an outstanding job explaining the benefits and all the info that this facility offers .. I’ve had a storage unit here for about three years and I don’t have anything to complain about, very clean, accessible, they have carts for your belongings, ladders in case you have a unit on top, they have a variety of sizes depending on your needs and budget, their business hours are decent, they have a bathroom in the office in case you’re going to be at your unit adjusting things for a few hours, anything you may need help with the employees in the office are very useful and knowledgeable.

I have had bad experiences with storage facilities, but storage post self storage on Fordham rd has changed my mind entirely about them. Not only is the location convenient for me it is clean and the staff wasn’t rude like most places I’ve been too. I dealt with a man named Kristian he eased all of my concerns and was very helpful. He was very patient and had excellent customer service skills. I highly recommend this facility.
