My experience was mostly great. My only complaint is that there aren't any ramps in the place, which made it difficult to maneuver dollies and hand trucks. Thst makes no sense!!

This place is very clean and appealing to the eyes. I was going through a hard time and the staff there, Hi Kayla, were very professional and made me feel at home. The move was fabulous. All arrangements were in place to unload the goods from truck and take them to the storage space. Even the booking of storage space went smoothly and the overall communication process was satisfactory.

The Management at the Jersey City Storage Post are the best in the industry, especially Valerie! Valerie is helpful, caring, professional, very hard-working and a true asset to the company. Because of her I will recommend Storage Post to all my friends and colleagues. I have been to Manhattan Mini Storage and they are managed by horrible gross humans.
