Manny was kind and very helpful with us, right person for customer service, thanks! It would be nice if we knew that 5х5' unit is with low/limited ceiling. Also I was told by phone that I can walk in inside storage unit. So I assumed it is tall enough and I discarded another offers without knowing that. Please, add to description to avoid misunderstanding and unhappy customers.

I recently moved and needed to store some of my belongings. I chose Storage Post based on their positive reviews, and I am so glad I did! The staff is very attentive, especially fred! Private bathroom, that it is always stocked! I love the 24 hours access, highly recommended!

I have used multiple storage companies around NYC and find Storage Post Self Storage the best. The 32 Grand Avenue Location in Ft Greene Brooklyn is excellent. From the 24 hour access, to the wide loading area, and the regular availability of carts makes this location easy to use. Managers Kelvin and Morrison were particularly helpful in showing me various units and getting one best suited to my needs. Highly recommended.
