Melanie was great. She was very sweet and helpful. She answered all my questions and whatever I was confused on, she explained it again in full detail. She showed us the unit before we purchased it and explained everything on the contract thoroughly. The location is a little weird but inside is very clean and neat. Great prices

I was nervous walking into the place for the simple fact that i went to two different storage places today and the price was so high for the space i needed. From start to finish Kristian was GREAT !!! he told me everything i need to know, he went and grabbed a push cart for me and helped me load my sofa onto the cart as i was alone. If you guys ever need storage and want to be treated like family this is the place to go and just ask for Kristian.

Excellent location, recently opened, nice and clean with several security cameras. There is plenty of parking with 5 floors of storage spaces. Manny, at the Richmond Terrace location, is very helpful and accommodating. For many, the stress of moving and the need to store your belongings can be intimidating at times, and having a very helpful and empathetic person to deal with is a very positive factor. The facility itself is very clean and tidy, all that one needs in a good storage location
