So far, so good. I just got my unit a week ago. What I can say is that my check-in experience was smooth and seamless. I'd like to shout-out Alex Reynoso for all of his help and professionalism. I really appreciate great customer service and that's just what I got.

Renting online was easy. I ended up not being happy with the unit I rented. Brought it up to the front office the following day and the absolutely gorgeous Brittney helped me out flawlessly! I will be recommending this place.

Excellent Service! I drove with my family down from New Haven, Conn on a cold Saturday morning. We were tired and frustrated from traveling so far. We registered online but usually have issues at places cause somehow someone always effs it up! I have to say tho, The store manager at 979 Brook, Jose was a true delight! He showed us to the bathroom, helped us get carts and showed us all the amenities of this facility and even offered us some coffee to keep us warm. He was very nice and made the move-in process very easy for us! Thank you so much! We hope your other other locations have this same level of service! THANK YOU STORAGE POST AND THANK YOU JOSE!
