Alex at the Yonkers location is really on the ball. He gets the job done whatever it takes and no matter the barriers he has to get through. The heat was in dire need of repairs and he saw to it that it was done. Its considerably warmer withing the building. Could still use a few degrees higher but at least its working. I always see him being ultra friendly with the customers including myself and always on the go getting something accomplished in the building. Its always kept up in great care and clean. I dont think I can say an unkind word about him or that location. Keep up the great work guys!

This is the best storage facility I have ever been too!!! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the premises is clean and its great to go to a place where everything just works. I have been at this location for the past 2 years now and for anyone that reads this that is a sales rep, this place has it all. I will be renting here for many more years.
