Even though one of your competitors offered me a larger unit at less cost, because of her and her great service in explaining the amenities your location provided and offering me a good deal, I ended up renting a unit on the spot and paid for the entire year in advance! I have been involved in the customer service industry at various capacities throughout my professional career and I have always viewed employees such as Ms. Santos as an invaluable asset. This is my first time renting a self storage unit. The staff gave me great instructions and I quickly mastered getting how to using. I like that the environment unit is very clean.
