I am in the process of moving and been looking for good a place that is not too expensive to store my furniture and had no luck until I came into this store, this store is very clean and well maintained. Also Reynier the store Rep. Was very helpful in helping me pick the right size room for me and their prices are very reasonable. Over all I am very satisfied with this store and serviced I received. I recommend it to anyone!

When Storage Post took over the facility from the prior owners there was concern among we long time tenants. Would they keep the facility up, would they honor our standing rental agreements, etc. I am very pleased to comment that Storage Post remedied all our concerns with a seamless and friendly transition. For every one small operational change there were several facility improvements. Before Storage Post, the dumpster habitually overflowed with discarded furniture, cardboard and wood boxes, food, and household treasures - so much junk. How were they to police the misuse of their dumpster by self-centered movers in-a-hurry? Now, tenants are not welcomed to discard our waste and must take it with us. This small inconvenience measured against a cleaner, vermin free site is an improvement.

I am very big on receiving good customer service. When i don't get it this lets me know I'm not dealing with professionals. At the storage post the staff are dead on ... They're courtesous and well organized, and treat the customer with respect. This means alot to me, and that is why I'm doing business with you... Keep up the good work!!!

Rudy was very helpful and professional in getting me the correct size storage. I thought it would be a problem changing from one size to the other bigger and more practical means of storing my goods and not an issue with the change or price change went through thoroughly as told . The security is very unsuccessful, you need to enter the password for the elevator and floor cells, they are not suitable for standard carts, large rubber wheels are needed.

The space is reasonably priced and seems secure. I moved things in today and was disappointed by the lack of carts large enough to accommodate the pieces I was moving. Also, the elevator closed too quickly for me to get things in. I had to get someone to help.

From our experience, once we where there we were welcomed with warm reception by Staff. We were given an tour of the facility which seemed helpful

The customer service attracts customers, and the place is clean and brighter inside, and has enough time for access!
