I waited 2 years to make this review because I didn't want the prices to go up based on demand since this is THE BEST place to use as a Storage and parking place. Now, that I was able to clear all my junk, I gave up my space and here it goes. The storage areas are great. My storage room was like a hidden compartment all the way in the back, I had to go thru a few doors to get to it, it can also be confusing to find because the hallways are repetitive with the same style look, I think it was funny...lol Very secure place..lol. I didn't need that much security but hey, it was good....lol They have parking spaces for Vehicles which are great and are a rrrrrrealy great price compared to Parking spot rentals in Brooklyn. I was paying a really good price and it was a set steady price with video surveillance 24/7 and if you think it can't be better than that, guess what? It is !!!! Because in the back of the building there is an NYPD fleet base full of police cars which I really don't know what they do at that location but just so you know, there are cops and detectives in and out 24/7. So, let's say, this is the top most secure Storage place in Brooklyn. Customer service was ALWAYS excellent. Jessica is a sweetheart.

I really like this storage so far. The staff is great. The place is clean and the security access is a plus.....not to mention that all units have elevator access. No pushing boxes up stairs like some other places

I have had bad experiences with storage facilities, but storage post self storage on Fordham rd has changed my mind entirely about them. Not only is the location convenient for me it is clean and the staff wasn’t rude like most places I’ve been too. I dealt with a man named Kristian he eased all of my concerns and was very helpful. He was very patient and had excellent customer service skills. I highly recommend this facility.

I had a great experience since the moment I drove in the indoor parking at this facility. It's brand new, air conditioned, and every detail has been organized for the costumer to have an easy experience. The employees were extremely helpful. Gave me all info regarding my storage unit clearly and politely. Yahaira did her best to make sure I had an easy time given this was my first experience in a storage facility. Best prices in town. Highly recommended.
