The gentleman st the desk was amazing. The prices took just minutes and he explained it perfectly. I know to call on the 14th of whatever month I decide to close out my storage in order to pick up at end of month and not be charged for the next month. He was wonderful!

All thanks to Ashley for making this a stress free experience. What Ashley didn’t know is I’ve had 3 sleepless night in an out the hospital with my dad , and in the midst of it all I was moving to a new apartment and needed to put some stuff in storage. I honestly cannot express how satisfied I am with my experience. Ashley, made everything super simple, and was super helpful and patient. Honestly I walked in on a Sunday at 3:54pm fully aware that they’re closing in 6 min. I rushed over from the hospital hoping to get lucky yet pretty anxious that I won’t be helped since it’s last minute. Ashley happily greeted me and helped me through the entire process. The system was a little behind and my confirmation email didn’t come in and it was about 4:30. Ashley gave me a temporary code so that I’m able to load stuff that same Sunday which was a great help!!! I’m telling you this girl is amazing! She even took the time out to show me the units like I asked although it was already closing time. She smiled and patiently helped me past operating hours. I’ve rented a few storage units before but never has had such a great experience!! Ashley if you happen to be reading this I want to thank you again for being such a pleasant helpful person!! I am so happy I found this Storage unit, it really made moving & storage easy. A few things first. I want to point out the Manager Mr.Abraham Sosa. A warm welcoming professional. Mr. Sosa very informative, he knows his facility and makes your process very easy. Totally love the drive in area. This is the area you can park your car, take your time removing and storing your goods. The units are well lit. The maintenance staff keep the place spotless clean and everyone is always very kind & helpful. I have a 5×5 unit costing 122.00 a month. I will always come back. Thank you, Nydja Wages.
