I had to get my storage situated quick and in a hurry and Carmen helped me do that and much more. Super grateful for her assistance specifically. I actually accidentally came to this facility but had reservations for another. I stayed because of how phenomenal the service was. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced better customer service in my life. The staff gave a tour, explained what would and would not fit, and were just a joy to interact with. Even though the price was more than my original location, I had to do my business here because running into the staff would always be enjoyable.
