Great facility and superfast turnaround ! Our booked storage facility let us down when there wasn't a staff member available to open the facility's units. Quickly called Storage Post who gave us a better rate and were open 24 hours.

I rented a u haul truck from here instead of going to the Uhaul center in Chelsea. It's a small business so they treat you like people. Was efficient and got better service than I would have at Uhaul. Rigth near the city bike on ave D and 9th St.

Great service by Alexandra & Porsche. I had a couple issues that needed to be fixed and these two ladies provided exceptional service with a smile. I highly recommend this location. If your lucky you will get to meet Alexandra as she is one of the most helpful people I have encountered in a long time. Storage Post is lucky to have such great employees.

I reserved a storage unit online this morning at about 8:30 am, and received a call from Larry within minutes of the store opening. He was polite and helpful and welcomed me to New York.

On the beginning of this journey, but Derrell from the New Rochelle office was so informative and helpful for sign in and starting. Great experience so far!

Im a customer at this location and it’s always kept nice and clean, Luis the manager is always polite and make sure the customer get what they ask for.

I’ve had my things in a huge storage compartments for about one year and each and every time I’ve had a concern or question everyone on staff has always been helpful, professional and very courteous In assisting me each time. The facility is extremely clean which for me is essential and the facility is very convenient if one needs to grocery shop and a Petsmart is located a hop, skip and a jump from them. When my POD arrived I thought it was going to be a challenge but everything was done quickly due to the availability of their 2 huge elevators. I recommend this particular facility to anyone needing great access to their belongings because of their after hours extended hours and great staff.

Without a doubt, the best storage facility in New York. The employees and management at Storage Post Brooklyn went above and beyond with all of my needs and requests. I was unable to be there in person for any of my deliveries and the manager, Aaron, made sure that my items were securely stored until I could arrive in New York. Their prices are better than any storage facility and their service is unparalleled. Highly recommend.
