I love the experience that I had with Alexandra . She has a great spirit and bubbly personality. She is very knowledgeable about the company as well as the perfect services to meet your needs. With my past experiences with storages being horrible, I am very trusting after her reassurance that I am in good hands. I love her concern for your items as if they were her own. I like this storage because it looks very clean well maintained. And their prices are not bad. Edyta Colon was the one that help me set up and she was amazing. Her customer service skills is on point. She should be promoted to manager or be given a raise because she takes a her job seriously, she is very knowledgable, very kind and polite. I loved her and she made my experience very pleasant. Thank you Edyta. You awesome!!!
