Great location for Greenpoint and Williamsburg residents too. Really easy access units. Huge elevators. Plenty of loading docks and loading carts. Early and late access hours. Friendly, helpful and cooperative staff. Competitively priced units. One of the better storage locations in the Brooklyn/ Queens area. Highly recommended.

I am very happy and satisfied with manny and his representation of this facility and what it has to offer. Great prices, great access hours, great security and very clean, the kiosk I love but I prefer to deal with many. Thank you again very very good customer service.

I had to rent a smaller unit as well as the large one I've been using as I had someone coming to help me move, organize & find things. My 1st choice was done over the phone & was wrong so I was able to change to a much better choice for my needs w/o any trouble. When I took my lock home to fix leaving my 1st unit unlocked they placed their own lock on it for security. I hadn"t worried as it seemed very well secured there but it was great that they did that. Employees are very pleasant people.
