There are a lot of storage places to choose from. While reading reviews I noticed Maria at St Rose got a lot of positive reviews. I went there, met her, and got a unit from her. She did not disappoint. Very professional and knowledgeable. She is a real asset to the company.

I work for a company called campus storage and we service 43 universities across the u.s. and this storage facility is one of the cleanest and nicest facilities that we have used so far. Also Brandon the storage specialist has great has great customer service and is very professional I recommend this property for all your storage needs.

Every now and then, one comes across someone whose customer service is way beyond the norm, one who, if I owned a business, I would try to hire immediately. I have several storage units at the River Road location, and Brandon had been one of those people who excel in every aspect of their work. Give that man a raise!! This is the second unit that I have gotten one for my company and one for my personal use, the representatives are always nice price is good and the units are clean.

So far so good. I acquired my unit online. When I went into the rental office the lady at the front desk asked for my patience because she was new to the position. I didn't mind waiting because I arrived 20 minutes before their closing time. She was so kind and concerned that I got what I wanted( I didn't know my unit would be upstairs). She assured me if any unit downstairs would become available that she notify me immediately and I could change. During these times when everything and everyone is trying to get a sense of normalcy, it is comforting to encounter anyone that has a welcoming and doesn't mind putting in extra work attitude.

Very friendly......well mannered and prompt was in and out in about 15 mins...overall excellent service

I can't believe I was so stupid to be paying $120 more per month at a storage facility on Carrollton, that was much more rude, dangerous, inconvenient and many more negatives. This River Road facility I just moved to is terrific and such an improvement. The counter lady who helped me complete the final paperwork and move in was simply wonderful, I saved myself over $1400 per year in kind of an impulsive move, but I'm sure glad I did it.

Brandon was super helpful and friendly just as other reviewers have noted. The unit is clean, secure and convenient.

Love it. Quick and easy. Pull right up to your unit. Nice people with express service. And units don't have all that nasty insulation that gets all over your things.
