Every now and then, one comes across someone whose customer service is way beyond the norm, one who, if I owned a business, I would try to hire immediately. I have several storage units at the River Road location, and Brandon had been one of those people who excel in every aspect of their work. Give that man a raise!! This storage company is the best! The units are immaculate and the staff is incredible. In particular the Manager Brandon was extremely helpful when i accidentally dropped my keys down the elevator shaft. Brandon went above and beyond to help me retrieve the keys.
