Employees are friendly, the site manager Brett L provides excellent customer service, is very knowledgeable and very fair. Not climate controlled and the elevator is janky. Would recommend a unit on main or upper level. The basement is questionable.

Friendly and helpful staff. Moving carts including one for mattresses. Sheltered loading/unloading bays. Units are clean and dry.
