Got an immediate call back from Portia, whose delightfully professional and bubbly personality made me want to come right over. There, I was greeted and helped by Leslie who was the most informed and incredible representative I've ever met. The whole experience makes me proud to be a Storage Post customer. This is a new owner and they really seem to be cleaning up the place. They have new electronic locks on all the doors so it seems really safe.

I've had a unit at River Road Storage Post since 2008. The service there has always been impeccable -- helpful, competent and kind -- in short, humane -- a rarity these days. I've never had a problem with the unit's security or any kind of infestation by bugs. The facility is kept clean. I highly recommend. I heartily second and third (if that's possible!) the service that Brandon provides and agree that management should give him a raise and understand what an asset he is to the company.

I was greeted by a very a young man named Armando, he was very polite and informative. He took his time explaining the whole process and even took me in a tour to see the sizes. The units are very clean
