I've had storage here for about three months, no problems except for the back code box, couldn't get in thru there for like 2 days. Not a big deal, just a longer walk from the front. Other than that, the place is kept clean.

Everybody was extremely helpful. We got stuck at work, and our access ended at 7 PM. Carmen stayed after the office was supposed to close at 6:00PM for maybe 20 to 30 minutes to help me get everything sorted so that we could get into the unit today, when we rented our UHaul. I’ve rented tons of storage units in my life, between cities and college towns, and this experience was amazing. The whole facility is spotless, and I cant emphasize the extent to which they saved us when we mixed up the reservation. I would expect storage in New York City to be difficult and a tremendous hassle but this facility made it easy & took loads of stress away!

Outstanding customer service and professional

I recently had to down size my apartment and needed a place to put all my things but also have access to them. As it turns out, there is great storage facility in the same building I shop and often go on lunch. Staff was helpful and the building is great because its not your typical place with just a drab storage space. I can know go in and out as needed and grab a bite to work on things all in one convenient location. If you have work items in storage you need access to often, this is a greet place to place your things.
