Wow I had the experience of a life time. No problems at all. Dmitry was efficient, courteous, and on top of every move I needed. I was completely against hiring a moving company, however at every turn this moving company proved me wrong. We set a price , set a date, and they had it under control, from start to finish. From the move from state to state, the men on both side efficient, and they did all , I didn't need to do anything.. Thanks Kemi

I am not ashamed of being wrong. I responded to an increase without having a conversation with the company. Not realizing that they have been trying to reach me. In my haste I posted a distasteful comment. I apologize for not speaking with management first. Now that I have connected with management, they have been very kind, respectful and workable people. Every now and then, one comes across someone whose customer service is way beyond the norm, one who, if I owned a business, I would try to hire immediately. I have several storage units at the River Road location, and Brandon had been one of those people who excel in every aspect of their work. Give that man a raise!!
