Got a locker online, came across a few issues once at the branch as they were not aware of the online offers. Was taken care of by Johnny who provided excellent customer service. Manny was excellent when I needed to reserve and book another storage unit. He got me set up in minutes and when I forgot my new lock home, he took care of setting me up with a new lock with ease. Great facility and staff. I highly recommend them.
