Storage Post Self Storage Secures 6th Chicago Location with Cicero Property

Storage Post Self Storage continues its surround-the-city approach with the addition of its Cicero property, located on Chicago’s west side. Working with local broker The LeClaire-Schlosser Group of Marcus & Millichap, this will be Storage Post’s sixth location in Chicago and the 39th property in its portfolio, which includes existing locations in New York, New Jersey and Louisiana.

The property was formerly managed by Extra Space and is located at 1331 S. 55th Ct. “We had a great experience with The LeClaire-Schlosser Group,” says Storage Post’s Director of Acquisitions Jack Giannola. “They were very respectful and responsive to everyone’s needs, and I can say with certainty that everyone walked away satisfied.”
