Storage Post Self Storage Acquires Bronx Storage Property on Brook Avenue

ATLANTA, Jan. 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Storage Post Self Storage has acquired ownership of a self storage facility located at 979 Brook Avenue in Bronx, New York City. Storage Post managed the location under its company brand since March 2012, increasing occupancy and reducing expenses and operating costs. 

The new 83,000 square feet Storage Post property offers 770 storage units and was purchased from a New York developer. It is now entirely managed, owned and operated by Storage Post and its leadership team.

The acquired self storage location in the Bronx features climate controlled storage units, on-site parking, expansive covered loading areas and 24-hour video recording. Storage Post, with its experienced management strategies, will continue to optimize the property's performance.
