Getting to Storage Post Suffern

If you’re coming from Pomona, turn right onto US-202 W, then left onto Viola Rd, and then turn right onto Mile Rd. Turn left onto Montebello Rd., right onto N. Airmont Rd. and then turn right onto Dunnigan Dr.

If you’re coming from Chestnut Ridge, avoid the toll road and take Hungry Hollow Road. Then turn left onto Margetts Rd., right onto Saddle River Rd., and then left onto Regina Rd. Turn right onto Lee Dr., then turn right at the first cross street onto S. Monsey Rd., and then continue onto New County Rd. Turn left onto NY-59 W, right onto N. Airmont Rd., and then turn left onto Dunnigan Dr.

If you’re coming from Nanuet, prepare for tolls. Take NY-59 W, then turn right to merge onto I-287 W/I-87 N. Merge onto I-287 W/I-87 N, then take exit 14 B for Airmont Rd. toward Airmont/Montebello. Continue on N. Airmont Rd. Drive to Dunnigan Dr. in Montebello.

Our location at Suffern has a variety of differently sized units to accommodate everything from small items up to dining tables, beds, and more. It hopefully goes without saying, but our storage units can't be used for storing:

live animals;
food;
hazardous materials;
stolen and/or illegal goods;
certain other items - please check with us if you're not sure.

What forms of payment are available?

You can pay your bill by cash, check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) or money order.

Can I get a discount or a better rate by signing up for a longer term (e.g. one year)?

If you're looking on our website, you're already getting the best available rate for storage at Suffern! We don't require a minimum stay, and the rate you're offered won't change for at least the first six months of occupancy! So, use our site to find the ideal storage unit to meet your needs, and rest easy knowing that you're getting the best available price.

Do I need to take insurance, or can I be self-insured?

Our Occupancy Agreement requires that you maintain a policy of insurance for your stored goods. You may satisfy this requirement by participating in our Tenant Elite Protection Plan, which provides peace of mind knowing that the value of your items is covered in the event of Fire, Theft, Smoke, Wind Storm Damage, or Roof Leak. If you choose not to participate in our plan, you must provide proof of insurance for your goods.
